About our Company

J.M. Rawlings Building Services is a small building company established in 1993 by John Rawlings who has worked in the building industry for over 30 years. John has worked for several national and local building companies gaining vast experience of the many different aspects of building work which the company delivers a service in. The company employs apprentice trained labour, and has access to a large pool of sub-contractors to deliver the necessary skills required for a particular job.

The kind of work undertaken includes the following: Refurbishment, Alterations, Maintenance, Repairs, Consultancy and Feasibility studies.
